Craig's journey began at just 16 years old, working as an order picker in a busy warehouse. With no shortcuts and no handouts, he worked his way up through the ranks, learning every corner of the warehouse floor. Over time, it became clear that Craig wasn’t just good at his job, he had a gift for turning underperforming warehouses into smooth-running, high-output operations. That talent led him to London, where he was asked to help launch a new branch for his employer. He spent three years there transforming operations before returning to his hometown, bringing with him over 17 years of hard-earned experience.

In 2008, Craig took a leap of faith and founded BNDR Forklift Training—not just to build a business, but to create something lasting he could one day pass on to his children. From day one, he built his team with care, training instructors himself and setting the gold standard for what BNDR stands for: thorough, honest, and high-quality training. Many of BNDR’s clients today were there from the very beginning, and they stay because Craig delivers more than just courses. He builds real relationships.
